I will be giving a new talk at Pembroke and Monkton History Society. Based on some of the individuals in 1000 Tudor People, I will be talking about the lives of Tudor women at all levels of society. How much control over their lives did they have and how did some of them achieve their ambitions in a patriarchal society?
